Tila Cota is a California licensed real estate broker, licensed since 2001, serving San Diego with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties.
Tila bought her first home at 23 and has been a property investor and landlord since 1995. Real estate became her passion, and she has been licensed since 2001. She is a full-time broker who has completed over $180M in residential, commercial and investment property sales in San Diego and Riverside Counties.
Before sales, Tila was a Program Manager in residential new construction at Sempra Energy and San Diego Gas & Electric, working with builders, developers and architects. She later served as Director of Sales and Marketing for a local builder and developer, where she handled the release of four new home developments. She holds the ABR, CNE, CRS, GRI, e-PRO, SRES and MRP designations.
